Yield: 4 Cups
Serves approximately 6-8 people

4 large ripe avocados, flesh only
1/2 large red onion, roughly chopped
5 garlic cloves, crushed
1 jalapeņo, seeds removed, roughly chopped
1/2 bunch cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 limes, juiced
1/2 tablespoon kosher salt

Combine avocado, red onion, garlic, jalapeņo, and cilantro in a food
processor and pulse to mix. While the processor is running, add olive oil,
lime juice and salt. Remove guacamole from food processor and serve.
