Pumpkin Pie Smoothie -------------------- 1 can coconut milk (14 oz) 8 oz. mashed pumpkin 1 frozen banana (optional; if omitting then use partially frozen pumpkin) 1/4 cup maple syrup (or sweetener of your choice) 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1/2 tsp.
