Another version of Baked Salmon ------------------------------- Salmon Fillet 2 Tomatoes(sliced) 1 large white onion(sliced) Extra Virgin Olive Oil Salt and freshly ground pepper Place salmon on a piece of tin foil large enough to wrap fish for oven. Place a layer of onions over salmon and top with sliced tomatoes, drizzle extra virgin olive oil over fish. Salt and pepper to taste.
