Muskrat Stew

1 cleaned muskrat, chopped
4-5 scraped and cleaned yellow pond lily tubers
Fistful of wild onions

Cook muskrat in grease until browned. Add tubers and onions. Cover with
water and cook slowly in a covered pot 6-8 hours.
