Conch Salad


Conch Salad

4 conch, cleaned and skin removed (can substitute lobster)
1 small onion
1 stalk celery
1/2 small sweet pepper
1 large tomato
1/2 cup sour orange, lemon or lime juice
salt, pepper and hot pepper to taste

Cut conch, onion celery, sweet pepper and tomato into small cube pieces. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
