Polish Sausage -------------- 6 lb coarsely ground pork shoulder 3 Tbsp and 1 tsp salt 3 tsp Marjoram 4 cloves garlic 1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 2 1/2 can water Mix well and stuff into casings.
