Oysters in Bacon

8 slices bacon
1 pt. fresh select oysters, drained
garlic salt
pepper

Cut each bacon slice into thirds. Wrap bacon around each oyster, and secure with a wooden pick. Place oysters on broiling pan. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Spread 1/8 tsp. mustard on each oyster.

Broil oysters about 4" from heat, 2-3 minutes. Turn and broil an additional 2-3 min. or until golden. Yield: about 12 appetizer servings.
