Beef Marinade

250 ml olive oil
125 ml lemon juice
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves garlic; crushed

Mix all the ingredients together. Use to marinate beef. Reserve and use to
baste meat while grilling.
